Mid Season Review of Teams Playing in KWSC
At the mid point of the regular season, LCFC teams are doing very well.
In Tier 1, Pilot House are top with 7 wins and a tie for 22 points. Jocelyne Perabo and Shannon Maguire are joint top scorers with 8 a piece. At the other end of the pitch Janet Lane has 3 shutouts. Keep it up ladies!!
In Tier 2, Bitters and Grapes Rebels has an almost identical record to the Pilot House with 7 wins, a tie and 22 pts. Only one goal separates their stats. Lindsay Taggart is top scorer with 10 goals followed by Kelli Watkins with 5. The team just recorded its fifth straight shutout with Kaitlin Hamel recording 3 and Kelli Watkins 2. REBELS!!!
Kingston Lift Truck is in fourth place with 9 points and are more than holding their own after controversially being promoted from Tier 3. Julie Vandervoort and Trisha Cowan both have two goals. Kate Deasy and Melissa Ede both have a shutout
In Tier 3, LCFC C is in 4th place with 15 points. After a slow start and having to forfeit their first game the team is now playing some great soccer. Cheryll Wood is top scorer with 6 goals followed by Allison Gibson and Mallory Cairns both on 5. Jacqueline Cyr has one shutout.
Marionets, newly promoted from Tier 4, is curently in 6th place with a game in hand and are holding their own in a 10 team division. Andrea Vanogtrop is leading the scoring with 6 goals and Lisa Dean has 2 shutouts.
