Refund Policy

LCFC Refund Policy 

LCFC will accept written requests for refunds from players on outdoor teams, until June 30, or until four games have been played by the player, whichever is sooner. 

Refunds will be calculated on a proportionate basis, less the appropriate OSA fee and a Club administration fee of $10. 

Notwithstanding the above, all refund requests will receive individual consideration from a sub-committee of three, which will include the Club Treasurer, one VP and one other member. 

Refunds will only be considered once the player’s uniform has been returned in good condition.
